As a registered non-profit, the Foundation exists to close the opportunity gap for the next generation of creators, executives, and innovators. These are the young people who will shape what culture looks like in five, ten, and twenty years, in every corner of the world.

Culture has never had a shortage of brilliant young people. What it has had is a shortage of access. Access to mentors. Access to rooms where decisions get made. Access to the skills, networks, and resources that turn raw talent into long careers. The Foundation works directly with young people from communities that have historically been overlooked. Our programs reach students across universities, colleges, trade schools, and starting in 2024, high schools. We are also expanding that footprint internationally, because the next great creator is just as likely to come from Lagos, London, São Paulo, or Seoul as from Atlanta or New York.

The Culture Creators Curriculum

Learning Beyond The Classroom.

Skill-building is the bridge between potential and a paycheck. The Culture Creator Curriculum is how we build it. We design and deliver custom training programs, both virtual and in person, across markets. Each program prepares emerging professionals with the hard skills and soft skills today’s industries demand. From entry-level readiness to internship preparation to ongoing professional development, the curriculum is shaped by the people who actually run these industries, not theory from a textbook. For companies, the Curriculum is also a talent pipeline. We partner directly with business units and leaders to develop onboarding, recruitment, and training programs that help organizations find, develop, and retain top emerging talent, wherever in the world they are hiring. The result is a real solution to a real problem, and one that is fully aligned with our mission.
